About

The Hybrid Athlete program is built for people who already have some training under their belt and want a balanced mix of strength, power, conditioning, and accessory work. Over the next 12 weeks, you’ll train your big lifts—squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls—while mixing in accessory work for stability, mobility, and balanced muscle growth. We’ll rotate between heavy and high-rep weeks, sprinkle in plyometrics and kettlebell work for explosiveness, and keep your conditioning sharp with structured circuits and intervals. Every week has its own goal, but the big picture is simple—get stronger, fitter, and more capable in every area of performance.
