If you’re new to resistance training or it’s been a while since you last touched a weight, this Intro to Training is built for you. Over the next four weeks, we’ll focus on building a solid foundation—teaching you the basics of strength training, helping your muscles and joints adapt, and setting you up for long-term success. You’ll use simple equipment—just dumbbells, resistance bands, and a small step. Cardio is optional but encouraged, and everything is designed to be approachable while still challenging enough to see real progress. The goal isn’t to destroy you—it’s to prepare you, so when you move on to heavier or more advanced training, you’ll be ready, confident, and strong.
